Which languages are supported for docx import?

Hi, the app looks like azaming useful tool.
I’ve uploaded docx with Hebrew font and the letters came out as empty squares.
Is there a way to add decoding for Hebrew (or other languages)?

Right, it was not clear to which app I’m referring, sorry.
It’s the docx signature app: Digital Signature - esign DOCX documents | GroupDocs Signature.
I’ve tried to do it online.
