Where are my files

Hello. This is all new to me. I have uploaded a pst file to convert to a csv file. Screen says that the file has been converted although “spinning wheel” is still spinning. Am I expecting it to be quick? Where can I find the converted file?

Thanks for your help and stay safe.

@Andrew_L

Are you evaluating our free web application our open-source web application? Also, could you please share the sample PST file?

Hi. It’s the one at Online File Conversion | Free GroupDocs Apps Is there a difference between the two?

I have tried to upload the pst file but get “Sorry, the file you are trying to upload is not authorized (authorized extensions: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, zip, pdf).”

@Andrew_L

Please compress the PST file to ZIP and then upload. Otherwise, you could upload it to some cloud storage (e.g. Google Drive) and share link here.

Yes, our open-source web application is basically a demonstration of our stand-alone document conversion API. You can develop your own document conversion application using our back-end API.
P.S. The free web app you are using is basically developed using same API.
