When trying to Convert PST file to XLS its throwing error "Can not save i to xls"

I am trying to test Conversion of PST files to Xls and getting below error after few loads and have tried multiple sets of PST files same issue.

Error

Can not save i to xls

OK

Any solution to this is appreciated

Could you please share the problematic PST file? We cannot reproduce this issue using sample a PST file.
