MBox file not opening

Trying to open an mbox file, but keep getting the following error:
" We can’t open your file right now. Please try uploading it again. If it still doesn’t work, please contact our support team and we’ll try to help you."

The same question posed 14 days ago does not have any answers.

Is there a size limit for the file? The one I am trying to open is nearly 3gb.

There is a file size restriction, and a 3GB file exceeds this limit. Therefore, this presents a problem as the free web application cannot accommodate files of this size.
