Hi support team,
We are experiencing an issue with GroupDoc.Viewer where comments embedded in a document are not displayed when the document is opened through DocView.
Details
- The issue occurs in the Production environment.
- The document opens successfully and the main content is displayed correctly.
- However, comments within the document are not visible in DocView.
- When the same document is opened using other viewers or tools, the comments are displayed as expected.
