Documentation unclear on how to obtain file at runtime

Hi, I was reading the documentation about the GroupDocs conversion java API, I’m upgrading from 19.7 to 21.x and while I was checking the newer documentation and the github examples repository, I saw nowhere a way to obtain the documents on runtime.

Is there a way to see this? can an example be provided or maybe am I missing something from the documentation? I’m currently trying to use this API: GroupDocs Conversion API reference and the repository I’m using as an example is this: GitHub - groupdocs-conversion/GroupDocs.Conversion-for-Java: GroupDocs.Conversion for Java examples, plugins and showcase projects
