While trying to compare visio docs met the following error: “An error occured while trying to a document. Try to UseSourceMaster”. But the output file is created "Last document_Comparedwith_New Document.vsdxExample.jpg (60.9 KB)

I also tried to compare them on your cloud and there was just white screen as the result

Could you please provide the result of the investigation? If the product is working, oug company will buy several lincenses
