Convertion failed from tiff to txt file

Hi Team,
We are not able to convert tiff image to txt file,
txf file is showing empty after execution the code.
FYI, we want to check the functionality before going to purchase.

Could you please share the sample TIFF image? We’ll investigate this issue at our end.
