Convert IGES to PLY

When uploading an .IGS/.IGES file and then clicking on CONVERT
The following message is displayed and the file conversion fails:

Can not save igs to ply

How can I get my file converted successfully or why is it failing?

Is there another working version of the IGES to PLY converter?
I need to convert this file sooner than later and I understand that I will not be let known or be given a date of when the issue will be solved from your teams end.
