Comments on single words/lines export correctly, but comments on multiple lines or bullet points don’t appear after export

I can add comments correctly when selecting a single word or line, but when I select multiple lines or bullet points, it lets me add the comment but doesn’t show it as commented / highlighted after exporting.

I’ve shared two images showing the issue I’m facing. When I select a specific block of code, multiple lines, or bullet points and add a comment, the comment appears correctly in the group document. However, after saving and downloading the annotated file, the highlighted text or comments are missing
