Cannot log in & converter not working

I am a paid subscriber, and for the past two days I haven’t been able to log in to my account at all.

Additionally, your online converter (STL to PNG) is not working — the page does not load / conversion fails.

When I try to log in, I receive an “ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT” error after a few seconds.

If I try to use the converter without logging in, I get a “File upload failed, please try again later” message, also after a few seconds.

I have already tested this on three different browsers and two separate devices, but the issue persists in all cases.

Please note that I am a paid subscriber, and the service has been completely unusable for the past two days.

Hello!

We tested the Premium user login and the STL to PNG conversion and found no issues on our end.

It may be a temporary network issue on our side, even though you’ve already tried multiple browsers and devices — please try again a bit later.

Also, if possible, attach the file that caused the problem (as long as it doesn’t contain any confidential information), so we can take a closer look.
