I’m trying to convert the PST file from my copy of Outlook 2003 to CSV format so I can then use it in other calendar apps. It keeps giving me several different issues. The latest is “cannot save i to csv file” (or something along those lines). I also tried to see if I could run the program as administrator but such an option does not seem to exist. I’m using Windows 11 on an HP laptop. Is there anything else I can do? (I wouldn’t even need to try to use other programs/sites to do this conversion if Outlook itself wouldn’t crash every time I tried to use its built in export function, by the way.)
Could you please share the code and the problematic PST file? We’ll then look into this issue at our end.
Ok where do I send the PST file? And which code?
Please share the sample file here (in this thread) or in a private message.
Are you using our free web app or on-premises API?
I tried both, but I’m using the program right now instead of the website.
I will try sending the PST file via private message.
We’ll look forward to that.
I can’t find where to send a private message, and the uploader on here says .pst is not an “accepted format.” Anything else I can do?
We sent you a message. Please share file in the reply.
Thank you for sharing the problematic file (in private message). We are now investigating this issue with ticket CONVERSIONAPP-369.
